Top location, cozy and quiet place, the owner is really nice!

The location is great if you want to be in Zemun. Very central, with lots of fine bars, pubs and restaurants around. (Go to Walter a few blocks away for authentic Balkan food at reasonable prices.) For a Belgrade sightseeing trip this accommodation is a bit far from the sights, but there is good and straightforward public transport. The room, the furniture and the fittings are new. The host is friendly and helpful.

There are a few small things missing. There's no bedside lamp, no decent hanger for your shirt/jacket (if you are on a business trip). The parking is a bit complicated. (You are entering a public car park, but the private parking is behind it. You need an entry ticket from the car park, but the host will let you out using his master parking card. If you plan to use your car frequently during your stay, he needs to be around.)
