Location, availability, cleanliness, welcome behaviour, complimentary water in the fridge.

Would be nice to have a microwave oven.

Great location close to Belgrade Center. Apartment is also close to grocery shops and restaurants/takeouts. Parking on site is great and host/s are always ready to assist. The street in front of the apartment is quiet.

Kitchen could have more appliances (toaster/microwave/oven/freezer). More kitchen cutlery as well.

I booked a room here twice in advance. First before moving to Germany, then after returning home from Germany. In total, we have been here twice. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one living room, a shower room, everything is very clean and cozy. There is a refrigerator, an electric stove, all necessary utensils, hot and cold water. All beds are made, clean. There is no smell of cigarettes here, the apartment smells clean. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view. All the neighbors are friendly, kind, positive, hospitable. Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants. Public transport stops for trips to the city and airport. My mom really liked the apartment, all the amenities were like at home. My mother is an elderly person, she is 60 years old. She was glad how the hostess of the house organized a warm welcome. In this apartment we had a good night's sleep, gained strength and flew on to travel. I recommend this nice and warm apartment to all travelers. We communicated with the hostess through an online translator application in English. For the first time, by prior correspondence, the hostess arranged for us a taxi from the airport to the apartment for 10 euros. Then in the morning, at 7 o'clock, we had to go to the airport. Her husband took us to the airport for 10 euros in the morning, without being late by 7 o'clock. Since we were in Belgrade for the first time, we were very lucky to meet a very responsible hostess with such a reception. The apartment is very close to both the airport and the city. For the second time we visited this apartment. From the airport we took the bus "72". The bus stop is 100 meters from the house. By bus "72" we easily got to the center, visited all the sights of Belgrade and returned to the apartment by bus "72".

We looked for an apartment close to the airport, so the location was perfect. For the price of 15 euros the hostess arranged a transfer to the airport in the middle of the night. The place is quiet and located in a cottage area, and the apartment is comfortable and spacious. There is an excellent restaurant nearby named Srpska Trpeza.

The fridge didn't have a freezer and wasn't too cold anyway. There were no nets on the windows and plenty of mosquitos.
