Absolutely appalling! Upon arrival, I was greeted by a revolting sight—the bed was a haven for someone else's hair! Not just a strand or two, but a mess strewn across the sheets and even on the mattress. It was as if the housekeeping staff had forgotten to clean after the last guest! The unhygienic condition of the bed and mattress was beyond unacceptable. This ruined any chance of a good night's sleep. I expected basic cleanliness, but instead, I was met with a level of filth that made me question the overall sanitation of the place. The management needs to seriously reconsider their cleaning procedures and prioritize guest comfort and cleanliness.
