Lokacija je odlična, naselje dobro, sve raspoloživo na dohvat ruke Garažno mesto, auto u hladu na vrućinama Čista i bezbedna zgrada sa obezbedjenjem Odlična komunikacija sa stanodavcem

Stanu treba malo "toplote" Neki osveživač mirisa bi dobro došao-oseća se neki poseban zagušljiv miris u stanu, moguće da je i pored zabrane u stanu pušeno. Inventar u kuhinji je prilično ograničen, aparati dotrajali. Svaka kvaka na vratima rasklimana. Tapete na više mesta pokidane. Prijalo bi stanu jedno renoviranje.
