It offers everything one needs for either short or long term stay. I would highly recommend the appartment and the hosts.

Everything was perfect.

Everything in this apartment is very very bad and shameful except the bed. Windows are okay, but in the evenings apartment is gloomy, light bulbs are cheap and many of them burnt out.

Worst living experience EVER! Most overpriced apartment i`ve ever seen for all around the world. Real price of this scary lair is 200 dollars per month. Host writes threats and rings me after this review. Pay attention to the new reviews for 1 night - they are checking in with their friends to raise rating of this hole. I'm sure you'll find much better housing for that kind of money. And it’s not even a matter of expectation-reality: - Landlord only accepted cash at his crazy conversion rate and charged 10 euros on top for every hour of check-in after 21:00. He simply profited from us and then offered us to lose 200 euros for canceling housing if we dislike it and look for a new apartment at 2 am when the whole city is sleeping... - Upon check-in there were no basic things: soap, only 1 light bulb in the bathroom worked, garbage bags, toilet paperthere were cigarette butts on the balcony. - At night, at the entrance to the building you will be greeted by crowds of cockroaches - Apartment has a very cold floor (+25 degrees outside), you need warm slippers. - Air conditioner is old and dusty, it is better not to use it. - Water supply gurgles, it's "apartment's ringtone", it's just a shame, landlord finds it funny and didn`t wanna fix this. - Door to the apartment is so old and the lock needs to be changed, sometimes the key won’t turn for 10 minutes, landlord thinks its okay. - There are midges flying all over the apartment, they come from the sewer i guess. - Kettle is covered in limescale. - Apartment has only 3 hangers and no shelves in the closet. - WIFI is slow. - No hospitality from owner and his cleaning lady who grabbed my girlfriend by the hand and begged to give her a good rating for their disgusting service. The owner's answers will be excuses. It is clear that most of the reviews are not detailed and were simply left by his colleagues who managed to live in the apartment before us) Be careful when choosing this...

We have had a lot of troubles with finding parking space near acomodation very poor internet conection and only three chairs

Big apartments, good place with a lot of point of interest around.

Not comfortable supply sockets location. Not so good wifi

Very central with lots of amenities nearby including 3 children playgrounds.

Not enough cupboards. It was a real struggle to make use of the minimal cupboard space available. Payment term was not clear. it should be emphasized and explained prior to arrival as many people from the Western Europe and North America are not used to paying cash
