Apartments in the city center, clean, pretty spacious, welcoming host

Given the price, I guess I expected a bit more: - Very basic/old cooking utensils - No microwave - Mattress is too soft and feels weird - Windows face very busy and loud street - It does not help that there are also trash bins just beneath the windows so when they come to empty these bins (early in the morning or late in the night) it will be noisy. Yes, you can probably close the window but there's no AC in the room - Internet connection is pretty slow - If you're planning to work, you can only sit in the kitchen, and there's no window which is a problem in its own

Mattress too soft, not good for back ... some people may like it !! Number of electrical sockets are less, each location only 1 socket

Excellent location with all you need around. Health food shop is on the corner, 15.m far away, excellent coffee bar with perfect cappuccino and fresh orange is next door, fancy restaurant (not so expensive) is across the street. We were very happy. Heating in apartment is very good (inside temperature was 26C in February) and beds are comfortable. We have no complaints neither to apartment nor to staff

Hard to find parking especially during rush hour

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything you need. Ideal size, good comfort for 4 people. Very warm and cozy, perfectly clean.

The apartment is nice and clean, most of the necessary items in the kitchen are present. The beds are comfortable. The location is ok. It has good transport connections, there is a small park nearby with a couple of nice playgrounds. There are several shops nearby.

The hosts were not friendly. Considering the price of the apartment, which is quite high, this is quite unexpected. The lady, that gave us the keys was not friendly (if not arrogant). It was still tolerable. But then we had to register ourselves in the apartment. This is a legal requirement for all foreigners arriving in Serbia, even for short stays. Otherwise we could receive big fines when leaving the country. The hosts can receive even higher fines, but they don't bother. In the end we had to go to another part of the town twice within a very limited time slot to first give our passports to the hosts, and then to receive them back. This kind of bureaucracy feels really uncomfortable during a short visit. Just to compare to our next host in Novi Sad: she proposed to do everything herself and even insisted, that she has to do it to avoid fines, and the procedure was really uncomplicated for us. Everything was done over Internet. It were quite loud on the street during the night sometimes. Also some window blinds in the apartment are missing or broken. And there are very few power sockets. For example, there is no single power socket in the bathroom despite the fact, that there is a washing machine. But for a short stay this is not a problem.
