De ‘ground floor’ is two floors down (it’s a hill). There is a window but you can’t see the sky so it’s pretty dark inside. There is no coffee machine. The curtains nearly fell of the window. The location is perfect and the bed is good.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to bars and restaurants. It was clean and quiet.

The communication with the manager was really poor. We received only the most basic information but our questions were never answered. There was little or no information about the included(?) breakfast, trash management, etc. We had to buy toilet paper since there was not enough provided (only half roll). Considering that the apartment is at the underground level, air circulation is limited. Smoking inside should be provided! Everything smells after it.

This is NOT NOT NOT a 4 star appartment! I would give it 2 stars st best. The communication with and information from the owner was pretty poor. No info about where to take the breakfast, nor when, it didnt say that there will be no breakfast on Sunday. The place it self: it is NOT on ground floor, it is on basement level. It is murky and dark, affected by insects, cockroaches and heavy mildew! The towels smell of mildew, the bedlinnen/sheets smell of mildew as does the whole appartment! Had a hard time breathing in the mildew affected air all night! The bed squeeked heavily, as soon as you moved in it and it also looked like it was going to break at any point. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights but we left the appartment after one night and checked into a proper hotel! I can highly recommend Hotel Marshal Garni! We paid 210 eur for the appartment, whereas the hotel would cost us merely 40-50 eur extra. So, if you can, avoid this place and take a hotel On the plus: the Intergalactic Diner served nice proper serbian breakfast

The location in the city was good.

The location down 2 levels below ground through dirty rubbish strewn corridors and with a lift that only goes half way down was not. Although a Booking.com "genius" member, no breakfast was provided. In fact almost nothing in the Booking.com receipt list of inclusions was provided. When we eventually were able to contact the 'manager' about this he told us that he only equips the room with the basic requirements, not all the items and facilities listed on the Booking.com site receipt. Broken & cracked crockery (some needing rewashing before able to be used). Some of the listed items not provided- toiletries, telephone, coffee machine, fan, radio, alarm clock, wake-up service, hand sanitiser (liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom completely clogged up) , sound proofing (constant very loud thumping and banging at all hours), wifi (didn't work), innner courtyard veiw (rubbish strewn bricked in area below street level). Some of the items surprisingly provided- clothes rack (complete with full soaking wet towels and bathroom mats), 3 mismatched mugs (2 of which were so badly cracked that they leaked when you put hot fluids in them them), Bits of dried food on some of the plates in the cupboard.

Some machine or pump noise at night affecting sleep. Good location. Good facility but on the ground floor. Affected by insects / cockroaches.

Central location, perfect for short stay, warm and cozy apartment. Very nice host, communication was easy.
