Front Sea View Apartment Estepona

Breathtaking seaview. Waking up and have seaview is fantastic! The balcony with loungeset is really comfortabel. Apartment is really clean, good kitchen equipment and last but not last the host is really friendly and helpfull!

This Appartement is very well situated with a 25min walking distance to the historic town and 10min to the very close harbour. Excellently equipped, a phantastic sea view, very charming and peaceful.

Great location, just outside the main area of Estepona Marina with super seafront view plus Gibraltar in the distance. Located in a pleasantly laid out complex.

The complex layout did involve carrying suitcases up/down many starircases, but that was a one time exercise at either end of our stay (so bearable).

Ana is super, she is very attentive and brought us anything we needed!

The Apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the view is beautiful, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, there are a couple of chairs & umbrellas for the beach/pool. Ana the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful and easily reachable on whatsapp, she provided us with many restaurants recommendations and the supermarkets nearby. The location of the apartment is great, the access to the beach is very easy, only few steps away, there are 2 nice restaurants on the beach, the food was quite good, especially at Havana. The Apartment is near the Port, so there are many restaurants, cafes, bars there. The food at Dolce Vita restaurant was really good.

There is no elevator, but this was an issue only to take up the luggage Extra towels & bedsheets would have been appreciated

The views inside and out were amazing. The terrace had a good seating area with a wind-out blind and a great view of the beach. The apartment was comfortably furnished and kitchen was well-equipped. Ana stayed in contact with us and was happy to help with the luggage. It was a 15 minute walk into town but there was a great restaurant at the bottom of the apartments on the beach. It is a very pretty development, we would stay here again

There were 61 steps from car park to the apartment and 81 steps from the apartment to the beach. There was no welcome pack with information about the apartment or area. No outside window in twin bedroom.
