Owner was waiting for us when we arrived, very pleasant and helpful , excellent location, bars, shops literally on your doorstep,

There was nothing to dislike

Very clean and great location

Very noisy day and night but we knew that when booking as location is in the heart of the nightlife

Location was fantastic but noise from the clubs which we expected anyway,it does go on until 7 in the morning but would definitely stay again as your seconds from the strip and beach is literally a few minutes walk and the apartment is immaculate.The owner is also really accommodating and communication was fantastic.

This noise but it was expected

Location right in the centre of the lavante area. The apartment is very clean, modern and spacious.

Due to the location (which is good) it can be quite noisy as it's right above Cafe Benidorm in the British Square for those who know it.
