La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro histórico de Cáceres. La amabilidad en el trato de su personal.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento. No estaba limpio. Encontramos pelos en las sábanas y las toallas estaban como sucias. Los muebles de la cocina y la cafetera estaban pegajosos. Lo notamos descuidado Le falta un mantenimiento más profundo, en el baño se sale el agua de la ducha y moja todo el suelo del baño. La cocina tiene varios muebles descolgados. El grifo del fregadero se cae, está despegado. El armario tiene una puerta caída la de la izquierda. Presencia de hormigas en la cocina por la encimera.

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre historique de Caceres

Le loueur est joignable uniquement par téléphone. En cas de problème, difficile de s'expliquer. Il a commencé par nous demander de régler le prix du loyer 60€ plus les taxes, alors que le prix avait déjà été payé en avance à Booking. (47€). Puis s'est greffée une histoire de garage trop longue à décrire. Après 2 interventions par téléphone par Booking, et 2h d'attente devant la chambre, (35°), nous n'avons pas pu y accéder .Cerise sur le gâteau, il a déclaré à Booking que nous ne nous étions pas présentés. Beau bilan !!
