Muy céntrico, justo al lado de la Plaza Mayor. Otra cosa importante y dado que Cáceres es una ciudad donde hace mucho calor, el apartamento por su ubicación y por sus materiales constructivos (muros de piedra y muy anchos) es muy fresco.
