"Muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor de Cáceres."

La ubicación justo a tocar con la Plaza Mayor de Cáceres.

Dificultad para aparcar y dejar las maletas, escalera estrecha, apartamento muy justo de espacios, no hay lugar donde abrir las maletas, no hay estantes a mano para dejar cosas, mini-nevera, lavadora si hay pero no hay agujas ni una salida exterior donde poner la mini-sisi, la cama aunque cómoda no tenía espacio casi para salir de ella, al menos la persona que se ponga a la derecha, y ciertamente lo que más nos desencantó es que hubiera medio estropajo de los finos, cortado. En fin unas cositas que mal pero ciertamente la estancia en Cáceres fue muy agradable.

En el mismo centro de Cáceres, la chica que te gestiona la reserva un encanto, nos facilitó todo lo que le pedimos, el apartamento era grande y muy cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario.

Aire acondicionado muy deficiente y solo en salon y una habitacion, EN LA OTRA UN TERMO GRANDE Y 2 VENTILADORES PARA MOVER EL AIRE CALIENTE. Mal, muy mal.

"Aucune considération..."

L'accès au logement nous a été refusé.

En raison d’un retard de 4 heures sur notre bateau de Tanger à Algésiras, d’une déviation importante due à un incendie en Espagne et d’un malaise de ma mère de 80 ans provoqué par la forte chaleur, nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour accéder au logement. L’établissement ferme à 20 h et a refusé toute exception pour nous accueillir malgré les circonstances exceptionnelles. Nous avons demandé une annulation, qui nous a été refusée, sans aucun geste commercial. Résultat : 104 € prélevés alors que nous n’avons même pas pu mettre un pied dans le logement. Cette absence totale de souplesse et de considération pour ses clients est inacceptable. Une politique aussi rigide, qui ne tient aucun compte des situations humaines, laisse un goût amer. Nous repartons profondément déçus et ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.
