Localização excelente, próximo da vila germânica, mercados.

Limpeza péssima, chão grudando, banheiro encardido e estava bastante frio e foi disponibilizado apenas uma coberta bem fininha, tive que sair para comprar mais cobertas porque não seria suficiente e o ar condicionado tinha apenas frio.
