Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Helpful. Use of bicycle.washing machine.

Only thing to be aware of if health related limitations the steep stairs could be an issue. If fit and able this might be part of the charm.

"Apartment Idyle is a wonderful property in a very quiet spot"

We went to a birthday party in Bornheim Sechtem and having a location where we could walk to the party was fantastic. Family Knopp is a super host, super nice, and very pleasant to stay with. We were only there for a single night but hadn't had such a quiet sleep in a long time. The biggest surprise was the coffee and coffee maker in the room to get us off to a grand start. Actually, a full kitchen is there in the room.

The only thing one needs to know is that the stairs to get up to the room are steep. Not a problem for us but if one has problems climbing stairs this just needs to be known. If you stay there in the summertime and are not an early riser then you will understand why they supply sleeping masks.

We loved it. We loved Diana, Basko, the pool, the decorum... You can look around for hours and find something cool somewhere. The grounds are amazing and the pool area is now more private than it looks in the pics.

We had a perfect stay and this is just personal preference, but we prefer a harder pillow
