A great location, and a nice, modern and clean apartment. Elissa was very helpful and prompt answering any questions we had. The welcome packs were very helpful and just what we needed

The hotel itself was not very nice. The pool is extra and very expensive. The bed was too soft.

Fantastic apartment, we loved our stay. Very clean, modern, spacious. Huge shower. Really made our stay in Borovets special. The location is great, only a 2minute walk to the slopes, with a small ski down to the 6man lift. Made it easy to drop in and out through the day. Same to the main town, but also far enough away from the bars and pubs that the noise didn't travel so was very quiet. Coffee pod machine and a bottle of wine on our arrival is a nice touch. Great communication with the host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, owned by someone who cares - extra touches make a big difference and super clean!

Only negative, other residents coming back late or leaving early with ski boots on - quite noisy. Signs to say no ski boots but not followed.
