Borovets Gardens B21 Morunov Apart

Nice apartment, short walk from the lifts. Host very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Unfortunately through no fault of host.. the pool etc was closed. Having 2 young children we would have made good use of it but had to use another hotels facilities at a cost

Rooms were clean, shower was amazing great kitchen and nice balcony

Wifi barely worked.

One of the best places we've stayed at! This was our first getaway with our new baby (7 mo) so we chose very carefully and the place (and host) didn't disappoint. Communicating was great, the host responded promptly and accommodated our requests, even offering more ways to help us. It's a relatively small place but it had everything we needed. The furnishing is good and tasteful, and more importantly: smart and efficient. The place is very quiet, the bathroom is superb and spacious and the kitchenette has all basics covered. The bedroom has a huge bed and the sofa bed is usable too. It's rare to find yourself in a place where everything works, is clean and well maintained, so we were delighted. The apartment complex is built well so you don't hear your neighbours or the bathrooms nearby. It is not on a main road so at least on summer weekdays it was very quiet and peaceful. We wanted to stay longer and look forward to coming back.

The restaurant was closed for the season, which we only found out when we arrived. There is just one decent takeaway option in Borovets in the summer and it doesn't work on Mondays when the gondolla is closed. Good thing we came with a car. We recommend the Target restaurant in Samokov. The spa center and pool were also closed which was expected. The beds used top mattresses which were not the correct sizes, though they were still comfy.
