The location is good

The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, the owners are aware of this and offer me a discount on accommodation next Yr. I slept on the couch/sofa for my entire stay.

Excellent location, very nice spacious and super clean room and bathroom, full equipped kitchen, free parking, elevator, good communication online with the staff.

Sauna and swimming pool not in the property but in different building up to 10 min walking (in winter) and overpriced compared to other places in Borovets (80 BGN per person per spa and swimming pool package). Breakfast not available on the property - only in nearby buildings and overpriced (eg 24 BGN per person in the closest one 5 min walking), parking very small - in winter high peak no places available or other cars will block you and you need to call them. No reception, only online or telephone communication.

Good size room, we travelled as two adults and our late teens nephew and it was perfect. The room is spotless, the beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities you will need just a short stroll to the slopes and bars. The owner is really friendly and helpful, great communication and super easy check in so that we were able to make the most of our short stay in Borovets.

Arboro Flora studio is great choice if you like to be close to ski lift and slopes, but not to hear noise of the city center. Plamen, the owner of the studio, is very nice and pleasant. He kept parking spot for us on our arrival day and was very attentive to every question or need we had while staying at the studio. The studio is very close to the Yastrebec gondola and the 6 chair ski lift so it was easy for us with two children in ski boots to reach the slopes. I will recommend Arboro Flora studio to anyone who want to have pleasant ski holiday in Borovetz.

Everything was perfect

Great location. Very close to main ski area. Apartment was clean and all important kitchen appliances included. Very warm. The complimentary beer was a nice surprise :)

It was not clear that the apartment is not in the main Flora building, but rather in the apartment buildings in the back. This was not bad, but it would be better to make it clearer in the description, to avoid the detour I had to make of around 200 meters walking. Also, the parking space is extremely limited and finding a space during the time I was there is like winning the lottery.

The apartment is exactly as in the picture, it’s clean and bright and the location is perfect. The host Paul is brilliant not only great advise on everything you need to know about Borovets but really goes beyond what is required from a host, a personal thanks for giving us a lift back to Sofia 👍👏🙏

Nothing negative we really only have positive feedback

Plamen was so helpful and lovely! He gave us amazing recommendations for places to go. The location was great for us and loved all the little amenities like the coffee. Great sized room for the 3 of us.

Sofa and bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. Ran out of hot water and had to wait for showers one of the nights. A little difficult to find the location. But these were only minor things and didn't really bother us!

Location was brilliant to hit the slopes. bang in the middle of the rilla slopes and the gondala but set back so not to hear the night life noise.

From booking.com we thought we had access to the swimming pool and gym but it was a day rate of 50 lev... Which we couldn't add to the holiday cost
