Cercano a atracciones historicas

A tener muy en cuenta!!! Es hotel se promociona con parking gratuito !! , motivo por el cual lo reserve, ya que se encuentra cercano al centro historico zona de dificil estacionamiento. Solicite el día anterior a mi llegada me enviaran la dirección del parking y nadie respondió. Al dia siguiente solicite nuevamente información del parking y la respuesta fue que no tenían la plaza disponible . Les explique que mi reserva se realizo principalmente por poseer parking gratuito y que solución me daban ante este inconveniente ,generado por ellos y que me ofrecieran otro parking pagando el costo ellos. La respuesta fue no.
