Please keep in mind that in the accommodations information we have until 8:00 p.m. to check in in person. Later, we can carry out the service but due to overtime, there would be an extra €20. A check-in in several parts would have an additional cost of €10 for each trip. Delays have a cost of 20 euros per hour. These are procedures for collecting information and collating data that the National Police requires of us. Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions requiring staff presence or intervention outside of these hours may incur an additional charge. Besides, that check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur an additional charge to cover the financial losses incurred, as it may affect scheduled cleaning and subsequent bookings. In the event of a late check-out, an additional charge starting at €60 will be applied. This charge will be determined by the property based on the losses incurred, including potential delays, rebooking, or any other resulting impact. RULES OF COEXISTENCE Respect the hours of silence of the community between 22PM - 9AM and 14PM - 17PM and the rules of coexistence of the urbanization. Check-in and identification via digital systems are mandatory to access the accommodations.
