Lack of hygene - changed towels were dirty. Water in the shower didn’t drain, water in the WC took forever to go, shower curtain was dirty. There were bugs on the floor. Breakfast was not even a breakfast - not fulfilling for adults. Beware of an extra/double charge they might request regarding “taxes” which are already paid through booking. Also check out time is not correct, it said 12:00 in booking and the lady came knocking at 11 claiming check out was due at 11:00. She allowed a 30 minute tolerance however the lack of responsibility was outstanding on the b&b side.

Very close to the oldtown.

Getting the key was very-very complicated. Due to some festival all the streets heading down to the port were closed. After some begging to the policeman we succeeded to get through the cordon and got to the parking place of the port. The key has to be picked up from the Pizzeria La Nassa (Via Thaon De Revel Paolo, 1, 72100 Brindisi), which is 40 ms from the apartment. No wifi.

When you flush the toilet it makes a loud weird 'mooing' noise

The apartment is beautiful with a wide area and nicely located in the port. Kitchen is nice and equiped and sofa-bed very comfortable.

The noise in the bathroom was very loud when filling the water and also from the street during the night we spent there, it was also an issue to sleep properly.

It is near the port, nice area to walk around.

The toilet is not the same floor as the bedroom. The water pipe was making loud noise after flushing the toilet. The breakfast was very basic, no cereal nor yogurt, no tea bags. Asked for tea bags, was given only 2 for one night’s stay.

location was very good. the people (not the owner!) where very nice and helpfull. room was clean and linnen was good. we really liked the towels. after the booking was not correct, they give us a very nice lunch to cover for the mistakes they make. luckily we could stay in the appartment for the last night, but this make the first 2 night even worst because we know what me missed out the first 2 days.

Location for the keys was not correct. we where very lucky that we entered a restaurants where the keys where laying. The room they give us for the first 2 days was not the correct room. it was 50% smaler not a private livingroom + kitchen. The breakfast was horrible! you can not sell that as a breakfast, its more like food they during a war or on the moon. (all prepacked and without expiring date).

I loved the location, just in the harbour, the apartment was very spacious, with a dining room, two floors, a huge bed upstairs and a a sofa that can be converted into another bed. Everything perfect.

It was a little difficult to find someone to give us the key, we were given an adress which was not the right one, and finally it turned down that the key should be picked from the restaurant "LA NASA",so I just reccomend to call directly the number given in the booking before the arrival to get the information about how to get the key.
