AULocation was amazing
Having to collect keys and return keys at a shop across the road. There were no hand towels, bath mats, dish cloth & unknown if tea towel clean as hanging on oven. Toilet seat broken, one towel had rips and stains on it. One shower was extremely slippery with something on the floor

The TV couldnt pick up any channels at all, no tea or coffee facilities- no hand towels or bath matts to soak up the water from a shower we had to use the used towels. For the money we paid we could have stayed in the hotel and had all mentioned included- with breakfast.
AUWalking distance to South bank beds were comfortable. Nice Bath rooms .
This unit is directly above Southbank train station which was very noisy couldn't sit on the balcony. Furnishings dated, no tea and coffee supplied or milk. A couple of towels had holes in them. For the price I expected a lot more. This is a non-refundable property and Michael the host was quite rude when I telephoned him requesting my Bond. He accused us of wrecking the room having 10 people staying there when there was only two of us. We left the property in immaculate condition. After explaining do you have other properties in that building He said yes, I said will you better check which apartment you are referring to. I received an email saying I was correct and it wasn't us and he would refund the 300 bond.
