The property has great potential as it is in such a great location lose to James street

The property was dirty, just needed maintenance doing on it, 1. Terrible drainage smell in bathrooms (didn’t want to enter it was soo bad) 2. Tap coming off in kitchen sink 3. Tile floors and carpets need a good clean 4. We we there for 9 days and had no tv other than Netflix as every thing was disconnected. 5. Bedding was very old and very soiled pillow case on one of the beds and NO mattress protectors on single beds 6 Several times we called the phone number given. We left messages but we never contacted back 7. Walls very marked This property has such great potential with just a little TLC
