Everything was good, clean, private, functional, good location.

The stay was mostly positive, with a small issue that could be easily addressed to improve the experience.The shower hose was broken—nothing that impacted functionality, but it would have been nice if the owners had proactively replaced it. I didn't push the matter. Check-in was a bit challenging to due to some unclear instructions. "The first building on your left" actually meant "the first entrance on your left" (there are multiple). At night, the apartment number's leading "I" looked like a "1," which turned out to be the building entrance name. It would have helped if "I"and the number were separated and it was explained that "I" is the entrance name.

The apartment is very good and well-maintained. All necessary facilities are available, and it is conveniently located very close to the main attractions. The location is ideal for exploring the area or staying for a business trip.

I encountered an issue where the deposit service did not accept any of my banking cards without any explanation, which could affect check-in. Additionally, I noticed that the rental agreement includes numerous requirements for guests to clean the apartment before checkout to avoid fines. Ideally, some of these cleaning responsibilities should be managed by a professional service rather than by guests.

Great cozy apartment. Has really everything you need for a long stay and everything is modern and working. Apartment was clean. There are supermarkets nearby, location is in a quiet street.

Instructions to collect keys were not sufficiently clear. Key pick up location is quite far (a good 10 min walk) from the apartment not convenient if you have luggage.

The location was great and the appartment had all the necesarry equipment. The kitchen is nice.

I had to pick up the keys at another location in a keybox. The two location was quite far away and the rental company did not care. When you are travelling with luggages it is very a big hussle. The appartment was not clean... The dishes were dirty, I had to all wash again. And also it truly needs a good refreshing. Especially the bathroom... Also the bed was way too soft.

Very good service, the flat was beautiful. It is not the one of the pictures due to an overbooking. But the flat they gave me was even more convenient for me, in relation to the location.

Bathroom was outdated. Otherwise I would have given a higher score.
