One-bedroom Apartment near Atomium

The host met us to hand over the keys and gave us a thorough briefing of the apartment and also a lot of great information about things to do in the neighbourhood and in Brussels more generally. He had also kindly stocked the fridge with some breakfast essentials and there were tea and coffee facilities at our disposal.

The landlord of the apartment is a super friendly person. We agreed to meet at 14:20 and he was there as agreed. Very helpful regarding sight seeing and explaining how all the details in the apartment work :-)

The apartment has everything you may possibly need, and even more (how about 2 gaming consoles!). You won't have to buy dishwasher gel or detergent - it has them all. The host is a very pleasant person who told us about the area, public transport and gave us some helpful hints. We also liked how windows can be shut with roller shutters for maximum blackout and extra sound isolation. The street is quiet, yet close to a metro station just several stops away from city centre and a few stops away from Atomium.

The apartment was clean but not sparkling clean (for those with extra high cleanliness bar). The main bed was a bit squeaky and the pillows were too large (this is a matter of personal preference though). Ventilation in the bathroom isn't good enough, so it's always a bit damp in there.

Apartment position, close to public transport system, silent treet, restaurants nearby and what is the best, Atomium and nice park just a few minutes of walk. Big enough for 4 person family, fully equiped, SK and CZ programs in TV. Some food for late arrivals in the fridge, beer as well. We have left some for others too. Keys have been given by owner, he has been waiting for us.

Smell on the common stairs, but it has nothing to do with the apartment itself or is a responsibility of the owner. Apartment is clean and fresh.

the flat was super clean and equiped for family especially with teenagers :-) (after sight seeing they had chance to relax with xbox); we were in conctact from early registration time, agreed on all details e.g. it was very nice that we got arranged some basic for breakfast as we came by late night and there was no chance to buy anythink. Additionally, we had difficulties with a gas cooker, even it happed in late evening, he was extremely helpfull and supportive.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and full of facilities. The parking lot was convenient and hassle free.
