Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, well equipped, and on the great location. Karim was an excellent host, always available. We won't look for another accomodation next time in Brussels.

Room was adequate for a short stay. Convenient to metro and surrounding grocery stores etc.

It is located on a very busy road, so traffic noise is present throughout the day/night virtually. The one window has a faulty seal so no longer double glazed & insulated hence I think we noticed the noise a bit more, if that gets fixed then it should improve. There is not 'true' balcony as advertised. There is a balcony but not enough to sit on etc just merely for standing. The apartment could do some some small upgrades / renovations inside. Looking a bit worn. But otherwise passable for a short stay.

Host is responsive and super nice. great check-in. Very personal, no big company behind the apartment. Enjoyed it a lot! The apartment has all you need and is cute.

Το μέγεθος του καταλύματος ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν μέτρια, πολύ καλή πρόσβαση με τα μέσα μεταφοράς, αλλά μακριά από το κέντρο.

Εξαιρετικά βρώμικο, το μπάνιο μύριζε κάτουρο, μπανιέρα βρώμικη, ακαθάριστη κουζίνα και ψυγείο με υπολείμματα τροφών, πετσέτες σώματος και προσώπου μύριζαν φαγητό, οι κουρτίνες ήταν γεμάτες λεκέδες, το παράθυρο ήταν αδιαφανές από τη σκόνη, είχε παντού χνούδια. Δεν είχε καμία ηχομόνωση, το βράδυ μας ξύπναγε ο θόρυβος του δρόμου. Διατηρούμε επιφύλαξη αν το τιμολόγιο που εκδόθηκε είναι έγκυρο.
