The apartment is located in a very pleasant and walkable area. There is metro station and bus stop (bus 29 goes directly to the centre) just outside the front door!

The location was good for our purposes and it's decently linked to the city (subway/buses). The living room is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances. The communication was smooth, the hosts reply quite fast.

The supplies were scarce: just two dishwasher capsules, just two shower gels, only one toilet paper roll - for five days. I asked for more toilet paper, got no answer and no paper. We were initially 4 guests, but announced in advance that only 2 will show up. They reduced the supplies and towels, but the price stayed the same. The electrical outlets are scarce in one bedroom and missing completely in the other one. You need to keep the door open at night and charge from the outlet on the hallway. When cleaning, it would be nice to also vacuum under the beds.

Our stay for three days was excellent. Lovely spacious, airy, rooms with good decor with sunlight. Top class facilities, Washing machine, iron, coffee maker, microwave, oven, cutlery etc. Diamanté metro station and bus stop are just 20 m away. Good shops all around for food/snacks. Owner is always available on call and is hands on. Overall an excellent excellent choice

The damage deposit of 300 Euros is quite steep.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. It has everything one needs, even some coffee for the morning. It is also very well connected to the city with the public transport and if you need to buy something for breakfast there are enough local shops to cover your needs. And the hosts were super helpful - they responded quickly and with the care.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but friends didn't have any complaint.

I don’t know as I did not get the address because I did not want to pay 300 euros extra

I did not get the address and the Helpdesk wanted me to pay 300 euros to get the address. I wanted to get the address and not the code to get into the address, just to be sure it’s not a scam. If you check the property address there is no number in the address. I think that the 300 euros and the shady policy must be included in the description for transparency. I still believe that this is a scam. I called the phone number in the description with no success, and after a while I got a phone from Portugal. all this is very strange, I hope I can get back my money

I could not get to the hotel because the address did not appear in the reservation, I tried several times to contact with the assistance team, two people did not talked understandable english, and only person was able to assist me asking again my credit card information even if I had already given that information to booking for the reservation. After they called from a portuguese number which seemed a fraud to me. I could not find the please and no one could give me any help. Booking is not assuming any responsibility Cristina
