The Parking / Location and Supplied Braekfast was excelent especially when theres no time to shop on your first day. Everything was as expected "Very Good".

However there could be a problem if the a family of four stay in the shower a little longer then expected you could run out of HOT water as it was limited to 150 Litres.

The host Jacqueline was very friendly, good comms, quick to answer my messages. She met us early in the day so we could use the car parking, and it was very useful having a garage opposite. The welcome pack of treats was very nice. The apartment was spacious and spotless.

We were warned about a lady upstairs who bangs on your door if you make a noise and told not to open the door if anyone knocks. She did bang on the door at 7am while we made breakfast in the kitchen. This made us feel anxious about opening the door to leave the apartment. Please be aware that if there are only 2 of you, you only get one room! I booked for myself and my sister to stay and missed in the "fine print" right at the bottom that you have to pay extra for the 2nd room. I didn't see this so upon arrival we expected 2 rooms, having booked an apartment with 2 rooms. I found it really deceitful and it negatively affected our stay. Please include this in the main part of your text so it is more obvious. I've never encountered this before.

The location was perfect, only a small walk to the metro and tram stations. Additionally, extraordinary restaurants are only a short walk away. The facilities were second to none, with a garage across the road an added bonus.

The location of the apartment is great (Atomium is within walking distance!) and there is a private - free - garage. Furthermore, the rooms themselves are well equipped and know how to please. Definitely a place I will return to next time.

For me, there were only two shortcomings of the flat. Firstly, it has no air conditioning, which in these times, especially in hot temperatures in a big city, can quickly take its toll, especially if you want to sleep comfortably at night. Furthermore, as mentioned on booking.com, the flat has a second bedroom, but this is only available for an extra charge for 2 guests. However, this fact is not as clearly pointed out on the booking page as one would have liked; especially if one was referred to it via a search filter (2 rooms - 2 persons).

Location exceptional, plenty of breakfast treats

It was clean comfortable so many things kept for breakfast .Only problem is that windows are not soundproof and there is a tram line just below the apartment.So it’s difficult to sleep . Second room is just as small as it can be and there are no curtains in the room . Metro line is just 5 min walk and this apartment has no Ac but Nadia was very responsive They let me do early checking
