Apartments Berlaymont OHY

The instructions seemed complicated, but in fact the host provided very clear guidance, so everything worked perfectly.

The key pick up is close to the Berlaymont building, but the actual apartment is some way up the street. Not really an issue, just a little unexpected.

The units are very spacious and have excellent location

The smaller of the 2 units was very hot during the night and there is no air conditioning just a fan.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Bruxelles-Schuman, de la Commission et du parc du Cinquantenaire ! La chambre sous le toit dispose de l'air conditionné, ce qui est un plus non négligeable ! L'accès est très facile et l'hôte fait preuve de réactivité !

Le seul bémol: les stores des VELUX de la cuisine et du salon sont un peu vieux et ne ferment plus correctement mais ce n'est pas trop dérangeant!

Good location, clean on arrival and easy check-in. The apartment had teas and coffees, and was generally well equipped.

The sliding blinds were a bit odd as some let light in and others didn't. Not a major issue, but blinds that keep all light out would be better, especially during the summer.

Loft bedroom picked up noise from street as pubs were emptying but overall would certainly recommend the apartment

Location to the EU institutions; the 12 bus who takes you to/from airport is right in front; they have good coffee in the apartment :); you have everything you need there; clean and easy communication with the host

the bathroom while spacious and clean with everything you need is a bit weird as you need to go down some wooden stairs and there is no door, but that's the building fault I guess :)
