BpR Cozy Rosie Apartment

Location was excellent - well connected and well approachable to restaurants of different cuisines like pizza, Japanese, Thai, Indian etc. Grocery store is also nearby for some of your household stuff - Lively night life yet peaceful once you move into the house. Owner's nature is amazing and quick to respond on our queries. Room is good for a family of 4. Some of the electrical systems are age old but they are fully functional.

As everyone mentioned, bed at upstairs and ladders make peculiar sound if someone is moving, climbing up or down.

The property inside was nice as pictured and certainly a great value for money. If you like to cook, the essential utensils were provided. The location is great as it is very central and there are many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Some of the attractions are walkable as well. Considering the property is in a central area where there are a lot of people at night, it was not noisy at all. Enjoyed the stay there.

There was only 1 fan so, can't be shared if there are people sleeping on the bed in the loft and on the sofa in the living room.

The apartment was not clean, there were hairs in the bathroom and lounge on arrival. Not enough toilet paper was provided and only one fan for an un-airconditioned space with three people. The water often ran cold and the electric cut out.
