CHECK IN Check-in and identification via digital systems are mandatory to access the accommodations. Check-in is available until 20:00 hrs. After this time, a charge of €20.00 EUR will be applied. Multiple check-ins have a charge of €15.00 EUR per trip. Late arrivals are subject to a charge of €15.00 EUR per hour. Please note that after 20:00 hrs, only urgent incidents will be attended to; other incidents will incur an additional charge. Late check-out will incur an additional charge starting at €60.00 EUR due to the extra cleaning time required. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur an additional charge to cover the financial losses incurred, as it may affect scheduled cleaning and subsequent bookings. In the event of a late check-out, an additional charge starting at €60.00 EUR will be applied. This charge will be determined by the property based on the losses incurred, including potential delays, rebooking, or any other resulting impact. RULES OF COEXISTENCE Respect the hours of silence of the community between 22:00 hrs - 9:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs - 17:00 hrs and the rules of coexistence of the urbanization. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
