Inviting flat in the heart of town

It's located in a good area of town. It was clean and had everything we needed. One of the staff, Katia, was always willing to help and acted fast when we needed help,, the other staff was impossible to contact.

The apartment is not well kept (beds are not comfortable - old mattresses-, broken toilet seat, bathroom door impossible to close,...)

Location was fantastic. Size of living room was great.

It had a very strange smell throughout the property. It was as of the whole property was damp/mouldy. The shower wouldn’t drain meaning that the bathroom floor flooded. We asked to get this fixed but the problem remained.

We liked the vicity of the apartment. It was close to the main attractions of the city. The decor of bathroom was nice.

Except the bathroom the whole apartment was very dark and shabby. In the pictures it looked way better but we were unpleasantly surprised when we got inside and after we stayed there a little while. There's quite a few lamps inside yet only a couple of them actually work and even if they do they room is still dim. The room gives off a mouldy wet smell. After the first night our clothes, which were left in the open suitcase, felt damp and cold. That was really yucky. On each wall there are wallpapers which come off. The mattress was soft but very worn out. Soap in the bathroom was completely watered down. Another thing that didn't really worked out was the wifi. We were losing connection all the time. I contacted one of the owners of the apartment and she was eager to solve the issue. It worked for a little while and then it kept breaking up again.

The apartment was very clean and tidy.

The mattress on the bed is too soft for me.

The staff were very informative and helpful. Great location, around 15-20 min walk to the main tourist attractions. The flat itself was well equipped

Never seen such as bad internet in my whole life. Probably living in island would be more stable internet also faster for sure. Not sure the owner does know whats mean of INTERNET. Oh before leaving the comment section, you ll have BEST NEIGHBORS so highly recommend bring your ear plug for amazing fights !

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Also, the bathroom was big and the best of all was the fact that the apartment was always very warm! Which was our initial concern. So we were very satisfied by the heat inside! Finally, at some point we accidentally took their towels but we returned them of course and they were polite about it.

The building was old, dirty and very sketchy. Honestly when we stepped foot we thought someone would attack us or something! However, no one ever did which is good 😅 The worst of all was the dirty toilet that we found when we arrived that had pee on the sheat which is unacceptable. The wifi was never working and so was the tv because the tv worked with wifi! We have contacted the apartment through booking but we've been told to call another lady that manages it, which we did, but then she said she had to contact the company which manages the apartment and obviously nothing happened! Finally, we have asked them for a late check out at 15:00 because of our late flight, but they refused.
