A localização perfeita, bem no centro e perto de tudo. A atençãodo James, proprietário. O apartamento antigo, super espaçoso, pé direito alto, confortável. Central e mesmo assim silencioso. Nenhum barulho de rua nos incomodou. Cozinha bem equipada, banheiro grande.

O prédio antigo, que poderia ser um charme, não fosse tão mal conservado. O apartamento também merece algumas melhorias, como tacos soltos, rachaduras nas paredes, chuveiro e porta no box.

ставлю девятку из-за месторасположения - оно действительно замечательное. Локация - старый добротный дом, однокомнатная квартира, высокие потолки, комната большая. Старый красивый мебельный гарнитур. Улица тихая, минут 7 пешком от остановки автобуса из аэропорта, метро за углом дома , один квартал от набережной, красивые чистые кварталы вокруг. До продовольственного магазина минут пять. Любезный хозяин.

Кухня просит обновлений. Много лишней старой посуды - и нет нужного. Не было абсолютно ничего из "расходников" - даже соли. Хотя бы пару пакетиков чая, соль, сахар, немного масла - это обязательно должно быть , раз это квартира. Так же в душе - не было геля, шампуня... Поставьте самую простую бутылку 2в1. Биде нельзя пользоваться - намертво заклинена заглушка для стока воды.

Soggiorno perfetto, il proprietario James è una persona squisita e gentile, ci ha accolti prima dell'orario di check-in e ci ha consigliato sulle varie attrazioni in città. Daire sehrin tam gobeginde. Her yere ulasim inanilmaz kolay. Metro duragi hemen yaninda. Ev tarihi bir bina oldugu icin ambiansi cok hos.

La posizione della casa è ottima, in pieno centro. Il prezzo della casa è molto conveniente. Facile il check in e check out. Vicino alla casa c'è un market dove lasciare i bagagli. Camera grande unica con quattro letti nel nostro caso , due grandi finestre. Ottima pulizia

Sicuramente migliorerei il bagno che ha tutto però è molto datato come tutta la casa. Peccato perché la casa meriterebbe molto , il palazzo è storico ma purtroppo molto decadente all'interno. Ma è davvero stupendo.
