"Great value for money!"

I stayed for two nights and really liked it. The location is perfect. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped (I was surprised, it had a coffee machine with some complementary coffee, a nice touch). The bathroom was equipped with basic shampoo/shower gel, several towels and a hair dryer. Wifi was stable and decent (25 Mbps). James is a very kind and helpful host. I was allowed to stay in the apartment until 12:00 O'clock on the last day. I highly recommend this accommodation if you aren't looking for anything fancy.

Nothing critical. I would maybe recommend bigger pillows and more wardrobe space for longer stays.

Location was really excellent! Blower, microwave, fridge, heater, plates...all you need is there!

A bit warm specially at noon. There is 2 fans though.

"Nice spacious bedroom at great location."

Located in the main Area near to the chain bridge. Nice big apartment I like beds were much comfortable.

Most of the tiles are broken in front of the bathroom and kitchen area because of that those broken tiles are shakes and with sharp edges, it would cut your feet easily if you are not careful when walking without slippers, specially for kids I was extra careful all the time when my 18 month old was walking barefoot. @James, it could be serious injury to someone.

"Great stay in Budapest!"

Great location and great apartment - we didn’t actually meet James but the communication with him beforehand was really good and he arranged for someone to meet us to handover the keys when we arrived. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine.

The only thing I would suggest would be to have proper/more comfortable pillows- but apart from that all was good!
