The staff was very helpful,and the instructions for the self checkin was clear.The apartment was on the 3rd floor it was very big and the facilities were great for our group.

Заселили в апартаменти не за зазначеною адресою . Жодна з кімнат на фото не відповідала дійсності . Апартаменти були дуже брудними ( фотографії додаю ) , окрім постілі та полотенець. Зламаний чайник , деякі меблі . Комунікація з представниками, нажаль не склалася . Явна неповага до своїх гостей . Якщо цінуєте свій комфорт , однозначно не рекомендую !

It is quite spacious and the location is great

We had a problem with the parking spot, the owner didn't leave us a key to a garage by mistake. Comunication could be better and quicker, some phone number would be nice in these kind of situations. At the end, we did get a full refund first thing in the morning. The apartment doesn't look exactly like in the photos, some pics are from some other facility.

1、打掃不確實，其中一個浴室內的垃圾桶沒清理，滿滿一桶之前住宿旅客使用過的衛生棉垃圾。 2、兩個浴室的蓮蓬頭及花灑，品質都極差，蓮蓬頭的出水會從握把尾端流出來，使得蓮蓬頭出水量很小。 3、兩個浴室的水壓很小，洗澡非常痛苦。 4、淋浴間內清潔度不及格，讓人只想隨便沖沖，速速離開浴室。 5、4個旅客住宿3個房間，連續住3晚，馬桶衛生紙不夠，衛生紙使用很窘迫。 6、廚房沒有任何抹布或紙巾，使用後無法清理檯面，鍋具尺寸很小完全不適合4人使用。 7、最靠近大門口的房間，床墊凹陷不平整。 8、其中一間單獨只有馬桶的廁所，玻璃門只能開45度左右，必須側身才進得去。

the responsiveness of the host, the location and the A/C while the location is in the heart of a bustling area, its not a very family friendly. These information should have been made known to the tourists. the area is filled with bars and clubs that really wasn't kids friendly. the key grabbing mechanism is a totally new experience for me so i cant really complain. the host did well explaining what needs to be done and how to do it. it would have been very problematic had i not found a temp parking spot near the building.

everything else. I hope Booking.com is reading these comments and understand our frustration about such stories. Booking.com should demand the owners to update their residence pictures to reflect real-life state. To post pictures of the estate as it was first launched and expect people to see the same quality and cleanliness as posted by those doctored images is unfair. now lets start with place I stayed in. I was in the forth floor and the elevator reaches only to the third floor and then you have to hike the stairs. to a traveler with large family, this option should have been indicated from day one so he can change his options. It was painful to travel up the elevator in groups as we arrived mid-night and that's not accounting the luggage. Moving on to the place that was identified as LUXURY, where is the luxury there? I'm not asking for top notch furniture, all I wanted is cleanliness and reasonable comfort. None of that was there. the place was trash! luckily my stay was SHORT otherwise I would have gone elsewhere had I planned to stay longer in Budapest. I will share all the images I took while I stayed. A memory I wish to forget. Sadly that was my first time in Budapest.. probably the other apartments in the building were better, I'm specific to the one I stayed in 4th floor, right apartment. Unfortunately, I'm able to add pictures only, I have the videos to support my case had booking.com enabled video uploads.
