Self check-in Cozy Stylish Flat by Vaci Street

This is a lovely apartment, cosy and stylish indeed. The self check in process was a bit daunting but the detailed instructions do help and you have to follow it to a tee to succeed. After you get the knack of locking and unlocking the door, it'll be fine. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It's very spacious and there is a washer and a dryer, a detail that the host didn't put on their listing. The host was responsive and very accommodating to my need. The best thing about this accommodation is the location. It's right off Vaci U, where tourists usually walk through, literally around the corner from M4 station and a short stroll to M3 station. It's within walking distance to a lot of attractions in Budapest. You can even walk to the Danube River cruises.

The building is old and you have to be prepared to walk up 4 and a half flights of stairs to the apartment because there is a half floor in between. At times there was no light after the 1/2 floor at night and I was quite spooked. I wish the host had told me if there was a light. Also the shower didn't drain well during my stay so watch out for other guests reviews to see if it's been fixed. If not, showering for a whole family would be a challenge.

Perfect place in Budapest, I am staying here already 3 time. It's very good place near beautiful promenade. Susets are wonderful! and sleeping very good here

Everything was fine

Everything was clean, the landlady is extremely kind and open to advice and recommendations. The accommodation is close to the main street, Vaci Street, and right next to the river and bridge, while there are countless restaurants, shops, etc. nearby.

The only complaint is that it was written that there is a parking space (private for guests of the apartment), but there was not, but you can park where you find a parking place on the street. But it's not terrible, the landlady gave us a whole manual with the names of the parking places (per floor) with addresses and links to Google Maps, so we still managed. Thank her for that because those parking lots are much cheaper than parking on the street.

A nice, comfortable apartment in the city center; you can access tourist attractions and restaurants simply by walking in beautiful pedestrian streets, or by taking few stops by the tram from one of the nearby stations. The place was very clean, had all the necessary furniture, kitchen utensils etc. It is in a quiet and well maintained building. The host was very kind, entry instructions were clear and she was quick to reply to our messages.
