Rumbach Terrace Apartment

Owner met us at property for an early check-in. Zoltan was a great host! We enjoyed wonderful local food and activity recommendations. Apartment was stocked and outfitted with many comforts. Patio was a super place for early morning coffee and evening wine escapes. Water-fan was a relief on the warmer days. Apartment was convenient to many attractions and restaurants and we walked most places. Access to apartment was easy. AC was awesome. Beds, Kitchen and Bath were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great stay and would highly recommend.

There was some construction in the adjacent apartment. Owner had no control over this, but was loud at times, during the day.

Really enjoyed the whole experience. Zoltan (the owner) met us as taxi arrived. He explained how the doors / lifts etc worked. Then he took us through the well appointed 2 bedrooms and large kitchen / dining / living spaces. All the comforts of home ( maybe more). A large terrace was great in the morning watched sunrise and in the afternoon the apartment provided shade.

I struggled with the key to the door for first 2 days. But this was me not the keys. Once my wife repeatedly told me how to work the key it was easy.

Zoltan was the most welcoming host. His apartment is great with a fabulous sun terrace too. We were grateful to have the use of a washing machine and coffee machine. We only stayed one night which wasn’t long enough. Don’t be put off by the entrance and stairwell, to the elevator, this apartment is a perfect base in a vibrant neighbourhood…

It was a lovely apartment with a lovely terrace. Locations is perfect, we have walked most of the time. It is quite close to metro station and bus stop if you will take public transportation. We have welcomed with great hospitality. My friends and I would definitely stay there again if we will visit Budapest again. Definitely recommended !

The apartment is smack in the heart of Budapest, in the Jewish quarter, easy access to public transport, restaurants, etc. We had a very helpful, charming host in Zoltán. The apartment was comfortable, clean and lovely with a big terrace.

Location was nice. Close to metro in Jewish quarter. Nice patio and view. Had tea, and laundry.

Nice spot.

Best place in Budapest. Very close to main street and easy to access.
