Close to Westend shopping centre

Mobile network/internet was very often weak. Bed was very uncomfortable, the only plug upstairs at the bed was damaged and not working. Heating was not always working. The apartment was dark an gloomy.

Horrible mattress, shower, dusty, dirty, ... Overall not very pleasant

communication very poor ~ I had no interned the day of travel and I requested check in details prior ~ it was inflexible ~ details did not come through until after checkin time ~ I had to pay for a meal to get free internet ~ once I got to the property well after check in time I had to wait an hour nd a half for the very nice cleaner to finish cleaning ~ it was just as well as she helpfully showed me how the locks worked

arrived at 11 pm.  could not get into the apartments for technical reasons.  no one answered the phones or WhatsApp.  stood with a small child on the street for an hour, trying to contact the administration.  as a result - stayed in another hotel nearby.  for 2 days no one answered any of the 3 phone numbers written for communication.
