La ubicación y que tenía 2 baños

Solo entrar al portal, ya se desprende olor a basura, de hecho, dentro del portal hay varios cubos de basura. Luego atraviesas pasillos en mal estado, hay trastos, muebles viejos y restos de obra, y también hay alguna cucaracha muerta. Una vez accedes al piso, viene un fuerte olor a mezcla de humedad y tabaco. El aire acondicionado no ha funcionado ningún día, estaba bloqueado. Se lo indiqué a la propietaria el primer día por whatsapp para que me diera solución, me respondió un día más tarde y se limitó a enviarme un enlace de youtube para que yo mismo desbloqueara el mando (que por cierto no es original). Al no poder desbloquearlo, le volví a escribir y se limitó a decirme que ella no podía ser responsable de lo que los inquilinos hubieran manipulado y por tanto no podía ayudarme más. Señora, es su apartamento, si usted no me puede ayudar, ¿quien lo puede hacer? ¿Acaso no revisa las instalaciones una vez se va cada inquilino?? El piso es interior, da a dos patios. Dispone de dos baños, pero la mampara de una de las duchas no cierra y el grifo está rajado. Las toallas de baño, pequeñas, añejas y acartonadas, daban bastante asco. Nos dejó una por persona para 4 días. No había toalla para las manos ni trapo para secar las manos en la cocina si friegas algo a mano. El somier de una de las habitaciones se cayó a láminas (literalmente) tan pronto me estiré para dormir la primera noche. El jabón de los platos fue inexistente, tuve que comprar yo en el supermercado. Lo del nórdico o colcha de cama fue surrealista, había dos individuales extendidos a lo ancho, en lugar de haber uno doble puesto correctamente. Las almohadas eran inexistentes, en su lugar había unos cojines bastante desgastados. En el armario de la habitación encontramos una bola de sábanas supongo que usadas y tiradas. La verdad que lo único bueno era la ubicación que era muy céntrica, el apartamento espantoso, no volveré jamás, lamentable y muy lejos de la calidad que presuponía el precio que pagué.

The apartment was very comfortable. Two bedrooms with big beds and two bathrooms make it feel private. The common area is nice as well, a table in the kitchen and a leather sofa make it easy to hang out together without having sit in one of the bedrooms. The location was perfect for sightseeing as it is right in the center and every tourist attraction is in close distance.

When we arrived our first night the apartment was cold and we had no hot water and unfortunately weren’t able to fix it ourselves. We reported it to the host immediately and he was trying to help us, but we had to wait until the morning for the service to come fix it. When we got back the next day it was already fixed and the apartment was warm and the hot water was working. The host suggested a refund for the first night, which was really nice.

The location was fantastic you go down and put your foot outside and you can choose restaurant, stores, and close to main road to get the red buss, we love it. And the apartment was very nice, big and cleaning and Host very nice, attentive and serve.

To little time, we want to come back to Budapest and stay there again.

The flat was close enough to all the touristy sights but still not in the middle of it which added a nice calm environment.

The beds were a little too flat and the pillows were not great. When I book again I’ll be bringing my own pillow.

Excelent location, good value for the price, very nice host who was really helpful.

The building itself is not quite good looking. We missed some kitchen equipment and also bathroom could get some renovation. The mattress is realy bad.
