A lakás világos, komfortos és mindennel jól felszerelt, ráadásul frekventált helyen található. Az ingyenes parkolási lehetőség a mélygarázsban hatalmas plusz pont, hiszen a környéken amúgy mindenhol fizetős a parkolás és nehéz helyet találni. A tulajdonos részletesen tájékoztatott az apartmanba való bejutásról, így könnyen el tudtuk foglalni a szállást.

Elég zajos környéken található, de szerencsére a hangszigetelés jó, így csukott ablakoknál viszonylag csendes a lakás.
