Czystość w lokalu oraz pełne wyposażenie kuchni.

W ofercie podane było 2 sypialnie. Okazało się, że 2 sypialnia to pomieszczenie na antresoli, bardzo niskie. Mam 156 cm i nie byłam wstanie się wyprostować. Wejście do tego pokoiku krętymi schodami. Ale ogólnie mieszkanie czyste, w kuchni czajnik, toster, ekspres do kawy i wiele innych kuchennych pomocy. Duży wybór szklanek, naczyń, talerzy. Mieszkanie wyposażone było w pralkę, odkurzacz, mopa do mycia podłogi, suszarkę na pranie. W pokoju dziennym telewizor i w 2 malutkich sypialniach również były telewizory. Pomieszczenie klimatyzowane. Mieszkanie mieści się na 3 piętrze kamienicy. Okna wychodzą na podwórko kamienicy. Wejście do budynku zabezpieczone kodem. Należy dodać, że parkując samochód przy kamienicy trzeba pamiętać o opłacie parkingowej. Można to zrobić w parkomacie, płatność tylko gotówką lub przez aplikację parkingową. W pobliżu dwa sklepy spożywcze.

Upstairs bedroom was a mezzanine with no door. The ceiling was unacceptably low and felt claustrophobic. My friend is 5’ 2” and banged her head on the ceiling, deeming it totally unsuitable for most people, the second bedroom ceiling wasn’t much higher! Both beds were very uncomfortable and the upstairs bed squeaked loudly. Bedding was inadequate, particularly the pillows, only one issued per bed. No additional bedding for the spare pillows or spare duvet, which was very thin and looked soiled. We both struggled with the shower door, the opening was very limited and quite tricky to squeeze in/out of. We are average sized females, this shower would be a challenge and unsuitable for larger people. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, about 80 stairs, on a winding staircase, to walk up. Received short notice email notification, evening prior to arrival, requesting 150 Euro deposit and photo ID. We had to message numerous times for our deposit, eventually got it 5 days after we got home! The bedroom ceiling height, narrow shower opening, stairs and deposit/photo ID requirements should be clearly stated in the description.

Ok apartment with nice amenities.

After booking I was asked to pay deposit of 150 € via bank transfer to Lithuanian account. Nowhere was mentioned that this was mandatory during booking procedure. Big problem for me, as I was given 3rd degree interogation by my bank why I am paying to LT and traveling to HU. Cost of bank transfer 20 €, received back 140€[I guess bank charge again]. So additional cost for nothing 30€. And 5 calls with my bank....

This is an apartament for verry small persons. One of the "bedroom" have Max 1.5 m heigh.
