Location is good, walkable to some good places and grocery store nearby.

Just average place. Broken furniture, wooden floor coming out fixed by nails which can hurt you badly, damaged appliances, basic things like knife/scissors missing in the kitchen, cigarette burn marks on sofa/curtain, no response from reception or on booking.com chat.
