There was unpleasant service from the owner, every time we asked for a extra key. she disappeared us on the phones calls. She was not nice and for the whole week she didn’t answer the phones. She Gave us a number of her office and she promised she would duplicate a key for us, but I didn't get an answer. Finally she sent me a message and transferred me to a guy who wanted 20 euros to duplicate. I need to pay for this service? What’s wrong with the service??? but in the end he can't duplicate after 20 calls to get extra key , no room service, 1 towel per person per week without a washing machine to even clean it! And he want per towel also 10 euros??? I never got in my vacation this answer! Annoying answers in everything related to this. Totally ignoring messages, the internet doesn't work well , sometimes only in the apartment and also she didn't let us stay another two hours extra cause we wanted to stay before the flight with the luggage, she deserves a bad review, we were very disappointed!

The apartment was big and clean. All facilities that we needed were there. Location was quite good. In general it was really nice apartment.

Only problem was communication. We got instructions on how to get to the apartment very late - it was after our arrival time. It took some time for apartments staff to answer our calls or respond to our messages.

rooms were large and roomy. kitchen was well equipped, not that we used it much. walking distance to shops and just a short taxi ride to sights around the city.

property was great for our short stay, there is no lounge at the property to relax as a group (kitchen does have a table that we sat around, and there are some chairs in the hallway) but didn’t impact us as we spent very little time in the apartment.
