Lovely&modern downtown apartment with FREE PARKING

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We chose this apartment specifically because of the advertised free parking space, but upon arrival it turned out that access to the garage was impossible. The safe with the remote control was missing and the host did not cooperate adequately. We spent hours outside with two small children trying to solve the problem, and in the end we were forced to pay 34 euros per day for alternative parking. Despite promises, the problem was not resolved during our entire stay. I do not recommend this place if you rely on parking!

Getting into the garage was a terrible experience. We were given an incorrect code, tried two different codes twice, and nothing worked. In the end, following advice we saw on booking, we had to go to the hotel next door and ask them to open the garage for us, which is how we managed to enter and exit. The garage is extremely small. We drive a SUV, and it was very difficult to park. There is also no proper pedestrian exit, except through the area where the cars are. The biggest issue was the cleaning lady. We were asked to confirm our check-out time, with 10:00 being the latest, and we also marked 10:00 in the app. However, at 9:31 she did not even knock, she tried to unlock the door and enter the apartment while we were still inside. This was completely unacceptable and scandalous, as we could have been undressed. And also the host doesn't answer messages, there is only a landline so you cant call in roaming, and it only sends automatic replies. These two things seriously ruined our impression of the stay. Also, the bathroom had a bad ismell.

Zarezerwowaliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na dobrą lokalizację i oferowany darmowy parking, jednak po naszym przyjeździe okazało się że nie ma możliwości wjazdu do garażu w którym było nasze miejsce parkingowe! W wyznaczonym miejscu brakowało skrzynki z pilotem do bramy garażowej. Na infolinii otrzymaliśmy informację, że nie maja pilota do bramy i musimy szukać miejsca parkingowego na okolicznych parkingach przy drodze, co nie było proste w centrum Budapesztu. Wiedząc, że parking będzie niedostępny wybralibyśmy inny obiekt.
