Lovely&modern downtown apartment with FREE PARKING

Very nice and well created apartment. We stayed here for four nights to see the city. The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is great. Around the apartment a wide assortment of restaurant/bars can be found. The center of the city is approximately 20 minutes with public transport. The parking spot available with the apartment was very helpful for us. We were able to navigate through the parking garage with ease (ford Fiesta).

Everything was as described, no unexpected things. The apartmant was great for us because of its location and free parking, so we could easily explore Budapest. The communication with the owners was good.

My kids just love the “tv “

The parking lot is made for small cars, it was very difficult for me to get to -2, I was literally in tears every time I should use the car. Driving Nisan x-trail.

The garage was a little tight and it was quite difficult to park but it was usefull.

Location is excillent. There are 2-3 very good places for having complex breakfast on that street and on the paralelly street. Metrostation Blaga Luiza ter is in 4 minutes by walk, also you have trams if you need Erzhebet corut. The appartment is clean.

The communication with the object is horrible. Actualy they answer quiet quickly, but the universal answer on our (typical) questions was always the same: NO!: Check-in is from 15:00. Is it possible to do it for 1 hour earlier? - NO. Check-out is untill 10:00 (!!!). Is it possible to leave the car on the parking for few hours after check out (before new guests arrive)? - NO. And finally my favorite experience "Free parking". It is included into the price. The parking place is in the garage on the same street, just several buildings further. Now I will write our experience: Before arriving we received the instruction (video from youtube) how to open the garage. It is clearly explained on the video and in the text which follows the video that you should turn some buttons on the remote control which will be ON THE TABLE in your appartment. (Of course, I asked is it possible to open firstly parking and after that to make chek-in, and of course the answer was - NO!, and clearly added: parking is opened by the remote from the appartment). But on the table there were only two remotes: one for TV and one for NETFLIX, it is obvious that garage cannot be opened by such remotes. I tried to contact them by phone number (from the roming), but it is not mobile number, so you will listen to telephone-menu for several minutes, and finaly you will give up. I wrote them a text in the chat about the problem, wrote my mobile number in order to write me in whats-app, and received answer: it should be on the table. So we lost 1 hour. But the solution is very easy! Thanks God, near the garage there is non-stop working reception of other ho(s)tel, and very polite women have got keys from the garage, so we solved the problem for 1 minute!!!! And finally, after this epic situation with the parking, the owner didn't ask us if we did it succesfully. But he sent us text-masage on for 24 hours earlier in order to remind us that check out is untill 10AM.

You can find everything you need inside , also an espresso machine Near lot of restaurants, within few min walks from the centre and basilica

The property was in an excellent location, no public transport, taxi is needed, everything can be walked around, which allows you to see the whole city, which is beautiful. The accommodation is wonderful, it has absolutely everything you need, there was also coffee, tea, sugar, salt... it was not necessary to buy anything. Netflix is ​​perfect for relaxing after long walks and sightseeing.
