JA18 Downtown Pearl - 2 bedroom apartment

Large spacious apartment with a living room and two bedrooms. Great view from the window. The house has an elevator. Each room has air conditioning. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, just like at home! We were very satisfied.

Perfect location, quite rooms in interior away from street noise and spacious living room and kitchen to hang out. Easy instructions to get keys from lock box and manager was willing to work with us on late checkout. Great value and view of Farris Wheel from living room: the place was perfect. Grocery stores on bottom floor.

Small shower and lacking toaster and oven, but that is all manageable

Apratment is big and very comfortable. Everything is provided for comfort stay.

In the bedsheets were hair from previous people, not lethal but still not nice. Outside the apartment the building is a bit beaten up

A large modern apartment in a central location. It was very quiet and with large comfy beds. There are 2 grocery stores below, one which is open 24hr so its very convenient. It is also close to the airport shuttle drop off/pick up. Communication was easy and overall it was a very nice stay.

Some of the expected basics were not there for example we only had 2 medium towels between us, so it got tricky to have a shower and dry our hair. Very limited cooking pots/pans in the kitchen, so cooking was a challenge and no microwave or oven. Just the little touches missing really like spare toilet rolls, tea towels in the kitchen to dry the dishes with, a bin in the bathroom, those sort of things. Yes, you can do without but they make life easier when they're there

The place was very comfortable and we'll organised.

Common area was old and needs an uplift.

The location was simply perfect, in 5 minutes we could reach all the main Christmas markets in the city.

The carpet in the main bedroom was a bit dirty, you could only see it cause it's white... Everything else was spotless!

At first we had a bit of problem bcs the number on the website was wrong. But than we messages the owners through the booking platform and everything was good.
