The service was very disappointing. There was hidden dirt under the mattress, which was clearly not caused by me. Despite this, they refused to give a refund and claimed I had made the apartment dirty. I only stayed a few hours before leaving. I strongly recommend that future guests check under the bed and mattresses as soon as they arrive and take video proof just like I did :)
