Great location, nice place !

Локація. Дуже близько до супер цікавих місць. Все поряд, вид на Парламент у вечері неймовірний.

Ми не можемо сказати що щось не сподобалось. У дітей була маленька спальня, але я не вважаю це чимось критичним.

Ovikoodi oli vaihdettu samana päivänä, ilmoittamatta siitä. Jouduimme odottamaan rapussa tunnin, ennekuin henkilökunta vastasi puheluihimme ja viesteihimme.

The location was the only thing that was positive about my experience here. The facilities were not up to my expectations however. The WIFI worked well. The host also provided dishwashing tablets.

The first problem was that the host took ZERO accountability for forgetting the crib for our child on our first day. They did not apologize, but send a crib the next day... without unpacking it. You as a host should set the crib up for your guests, not let them do it. It saves us time. Would you provide a bedframe from IKEA for us to set up as well? No! Of course not. Same applies to cribs. The crib also did not come with any blankets or pillows, which is what we expect and see at every other place we reserve on Booking. I have never seen such poor service before. When I told the host about this, she wrote that she does not provide these things because it can suffocate a baby. But we need the crib mostly for our TODDLER! We don't need a lecture on how to take care of babies... WE KNOW ALREADY! Furthermore there were numerous issues with the apartment: 1) There was only 1 trashbag. I used plastic bags from the supermarket after the first bag became full. 2) The curtains in the kitchen do not all work, which means that if we slept on the sofabed in the kitchen, it wasn't possible to make the room dark. Fix it! 3) No paper towels were provided. But toilet tissue was. 4) No coffee was provided. Instead they had a jar of decaffeinaed coffee. Never seen that before! 5) The dishwasher does not open all the way 6) The apartment is NOT good for people with small children. There are hazardous things everywhere, like glass tables and batteries... why are there so many batteries here? After we left the apartment, the host told me that we left the place in "terrible" condition, which is complete nonsense, considering how much we cleaned every single day. Yes, our toddler did cause a vase with a bunch of cork screws (what a stupid and ugly thing to have in a house?) and we left some plastic bags on the table with trash because there was no space. But the host asked us to pay for cleaning because she thought we left poop on the sofa... it was chocolate milk.
