"Superb"

Good location. The metro station is 5 minutes away. Tram stops are 5 minutes away. The bed is clean. The mattresses are comfortable. Excellent feedback. Excellent response to requests.

There are cobwebs in the bedroom. No knife. There is a coffee machine, but it does not have coffee tablets.

excellent level of cleanness, vey comfortable bedding, located very much closer to the center of the city/attractions, easy connections to major transportations, decent level of kitchen items, quite room, and most importantly the friendly host and his flexibility of handling the unexpected happenings..
