Localisation of apartment was great. Nice view from the building, clean, quiet and safe place. The apartment equipment is very nice. But...

The equipment of the kitchen is horrible. It needs some investition. And apartment was not so clean as it should be. Dust and hair everywhere. We had problem with shouters also and through whole stay we had dark inside. We contacted accommodation service but it wasn' t solved by them.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. It was clean, beautifully arranged, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is equipped with glasses, mugs, plates, and cutlery. The living room's TV even has Netflix, which is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious. It stays warm during winter, and you can comfortably wear summer clothes inside. The location is brilliant, just a 5-minute walk to the subway, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the city center by subway. A significant advantage is the underground parking, which has a very reasonable price compared to what we found elsewhere. I highly recommend this location; it's perfect for families and couples seeking tranquility

The sofa, unfortunately, wasn't very comfortable, but we communicated this to the owner, and he assured us he would look into finding a solution. Despite this minor inconvenience, their responsiveness and willingness to address concerns positively contribute to the overall positive experience.

The flat is in a calm street. Big balcony. New household appliances .

Empty soap dispensers. The sofa in the living room is not usable for sleeping ( The surface is not in one plane). Some dishes was not for all guests (one dessert plate, two wine glasses).

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. There are Tesco and Spar near the building. Some schools and a university are a street away, so there were a lot of young people around. The apartment was mostly clean. Although it was cold outside, it was always warm inside, but I still don't know where the heat is coming from. It was very spacious, and the sofa and bed were very comfortable. Besides cars passing by with the windows open, it was very quiet; there were no noises that would interrupt our sleep or stay in general. All the instructions about entering the building and how to get the keys were very well written and easy to understand and follow. Hot water is centralized. I'm not sure if that is a Budapest thing or the building's thing, either way, it's very practical.

The dining table in the living room is very unstable. You can see that it has been restored, but still, you need to be careful to sit exactly in the middle and to only put the weight of your upper body on it if there is someone on the other side doing the same thing. I don't think the table would break, it would just flip, and everything that was on it would be all around the room. The bottom shelves on the nightstand weren't cleaned, they were sticky. The dishwasher had a smell to it, so I chose not to use it.

The flat is very nicely finished, comfortable and spacious, located in a nice modern building. The flat was clean and well equipped, just as shown in the pictures.

The bed is somewhat soft and overused. The noise from the street and the neighbours can be quite disturbing.
