The current state of the appartments, they need to be a bit refreshed. The clearness is not its main priority.

Good location, close to metro line 3, nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Walkable distance to some of the main attractions for those who prefer walking to using public transport whenever possible. Easy to find and collect the keys for self-check in. Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, has a balcony. Bedroom blinds fully block out the light in the morning, allowing for undisturbed sleep. Complementary sparkling and still water, tokai and some sweets very much appreciated.

When I asked about the parking place through Booking nobody answered. The host sent the link for guest registration the day before arrival, which I considered quite late, as we were well on the road at that time with limited internet access. Only one towel per guest. We would usually find a set of towels (one big for showering and one smaller for hands/face) per guest in similar apartments we stayed in through Booking. Pillows small and soft, those provided for sleep arrangement in the living room too small and flat (our kids did not mind, but I would). Having a set of pillows for each guest to choose from (hard and soft) would be recommended. Mattress in the bedroom soft, sagging on both sides. The apartment needs some love and refurbishment, fix the bathroom door (could not be closed) and some flooring in the hallway in front of the bathroom (seems as if they had a recent flooding). Empty soap dispensers. The sofa in the living room is ok for couple of nights for smaller kids but not for longer stay.

We had a few issues when we arrived (damaged frying pan and water in the dishwasher) but the host acted quickly and we got everything sorted out in a day.

The host should check if the plates, glasses and these kind of things were cleaned properly by the previous guests. Unfortunately we have some dirty ones in the cupboard.

Great quiet location and easy check-in

Be careful with sockets in the bedroom; half of them don't work(Appartment 211). All clocks in the apartment don't work as well.

I liked the place, the apartment is not too far from the centre, there is a balcony, a bathroom, and an elevator. The neighbourhood is fine, 10 minutes walk to the metro and bus, you can also walk through a nice small park, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a very tasty pizzeria as well. Finding the apartment was a bit challenging as no one was there to meet us. However, the communication through the Booking chat was smooth—the staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and was very helpful. I appreciate that. Overall, my experience was positive. The apartment has everything you need, except for a microwave. The interior is well-designed, the bed is not very soft, but I slept well on it. One great feature is the bedroom blinds—they fully block out the light in the morning, allowing for an undisturbed sleep until you choose to open them.

The bathroom was very dirty—dust covered all the shelves and horizontal surfaces, making it seem like the apartment hadn’t been rented for weeks and the owners decided to skip cleaning. The mirrors and glass surfaces also had visible stains. Strangely, when we arrived, the dishwasher was running. It looks like someone had time to load it but not to wipe off the dust. There were also dirty, foul-smelling floor rags left in the bathroom, which we had to hide in the closet because of the odor. Additionally, the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work, and the switch was unresponsive, so it was hard to dry the towels and swimming suits.
